Make Some Warm Winter Memories!

 A unique way to celebrate any occasion. Available midweek or selected weekends. Complete with lodging to accomodate your business, association or organization. These events include the four-hour Elk Viewing Sleigh/Carriage Ride Gourmet Dinner & Wine Tasting Event and the Music & Comedy of Mike Ridley (subject to availability).

The meal starts with apple/pear crepes and jumbo shrimp and moves onto homemade chicken noodle soup. Course number three is a Sweet Napa Salad with a buttered croissant. Then on to the centerpiece of the dinner.. a perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth, Crown Roast of Pork and red skin potatoes. To finish the experience you are presented with the Thunder Bay's Signature Dessert of White Chocolate Mousse filled Pizzelles with raspberry sauce drizzled over the top.

An added feature you may wish to participate in is the wine tasting. We offer several wines of the Stoney Acres Winery for your dining pleasure during the meal. Of course if you would rather, we serve non-alcoholic wine and Michigan Cherry coffee also.

This dinner for two or a whole party is a unique experience, lasting about four hours, and is filled with memories you will remember for a long time to come.
